Dear Mary,

As I mentioned on the phone the other day, I just wanted to let you know about the bright spot in my horrible experience with my poo/screen construction. As you know Award Pools put me and many others into a very deep financial hole. While only time will tell if anything can be recovered financially, at least my “faith” in people has been restored to some extent. While there are unscrupulous people out there, who only want to hurt others, on the other side of the fence there are those who show kindness and warmth that make you know that mankind still has those that have not only the basic human qualities that God created us with, but they seem to apply biblical principles that warm the heart.

I would like to let you know of the unselfish and caring attitude of the man and company that actually I owe a very great debt of gratitude to, that being Tony Caruso of TC water Features in Orlando. I don't know Tony, and only happened to meet Tony because I called him to give me and estimate to finish the pool after Award Pools left me “stranded”. This Tony Caruso not only helped me finish the pool, but was with me all the way. He used his knowledge in the industry to helped me find other who are also kind and not out to rob their fellow man.. He put me in touch with Magic Marcite of Orlando (Bill Schrock), who completed my interior at cost, and they did a superb job. He also put me in touch with Armstrong Aluminum (Jim Anderson) who while because of high moral value and integrity could not complete my screen, Armstrong did put me in touch with KC Screens ( Carl Anderson ) who could find the engineer need to complete my screen and also at the same time save me thousands on construction. They also did a superb job on the screen construction. Then Tony of TC Water Features completed the project by taking car of the finishing touches (spill over, pinting the outside safety features, firing up and instructions on how to care for the pool). The he did free of charge, because he was concerned over the reputation of his industry, and also because he cared about his fellow man.

I owe these companies a dept of thanks for not only their help and kindness, but in resoring my faith that there are still good people in the world. I would hope that you use this in whatever way you can to benefit these companies. I would want others to be “touched” by these companies, and also be restored.

In conclusion once again I thank these companies and their owners for all the kindness and patience extended. If any of these companies were ever to need a consumer reference please fell free to use this letter to show that you do quality work, and at the some time show fellow feeling and generosity towards your customers. Thank you Mary for your part also in trying to get my “nightmare” resolved.
